We are also superbly located on Rosyth Rd, just a leisurely 950m stroll (approx) to the Pub, pier, club, shops and Bay beach. walking to town is easy!

For those who love the great outdoors and smell of fresh sea air, over two thirds of an acre of vibrant grounds provide a sense of calm and sanctuary. Perfect for group functions (see note about visitors and guest registration) and securely fenced for children and dogs to enjoy - the yard is securely fenced and for those pups who are a bit of a Houdini Escape Artist....there are smaller sections of gardens that can be fenced off to limit their access

Whether it be summer or winter you will find it relaxing and peaceful, the area has plenty to do, or just go for walks on the beach you can do as little as you like or take on the many attractions in the area.

Our Red Heeler, Chilli and JRT, Tigger are our pampered fur family and have put the houses through the paces for both small and large pups to ensure its comfy and enjoyable for your fur babies. I love to host guests who love their pups as much as we do....and look forward to hearing all about their beach adventures.........

No holiday is a true holiday without the furry family members being invited along and welcomed properly!

Your fur babies are more than welcome indoors and out (and we have 2 lovely medium doggy doors so they have the freedom to be in and out) ……with plenty of sniffling, snuffling, digging and running space in our fully fenced yard, Rye's gorgeous off lead dog beach only a short distance away to frolic in all year long, we are sure they will be very well behaved and enjoy curling up inside at the end of the day, just like they would at home.

We don't stress the small stuff, a collection of toys are for sharing, and can be chomped on to their hearts content - note: we don't include dog beds but these can be easily provided if needed, just ask!

We ask that you put blankies on any couches to avoid muddy paw prints and "wet beach tush" moments as its hard to prepare house for next guests with any stains on furniture without it becoming expensive to call dry cleaners in (don't stress about any loose hairs, we take care of that)......snuggle them into your doona if they love being with you all night long (bedding is changed over every stay, so enjoy every comfy moment)....we firmly believe life is better with puppy kisses every morning!

You know the check out drill… clean up any "oopsy moments" indoors, tell me if something needs to be replaced or if some stains occurred that need special treatment BEFORE you leave, pick up ALL poop before you leave (nobody likes those nuggets left behind and our cleaners cant patrol the gardens fully) – but most importantly, treat our house like your house, and enjoy!

Bed linens included for 3+ night stays for guest numbers booked (no towels) - ie 6 guests are 2 queen beds +( 2 singles or 1 double) - add towels for an extra $15pp (pool and bath towels)
otherwise, for short 2 night stays, bed linens and towels can be added for $25pp

* BEDROOM 3 - Two (2) Bunk Bed sets - ie: 4 singles (total guests 4) - NO A/C or heating, just Dyson airblade for cooling
* BEDROOM 4 - UPSTAIRS - Queen Bed AND Two (2) Bunk Bed sets - ie: 4 singles (total guests 6) - reverse cycle A/C
* BEDROOM 5 - UPSTAIRS - Queen Bed AND sofa bed - (total guests 4) - reverse cycle A/C

the Peninsula Hot Springs and amazing golf courses are a short drive away

NO SMOKING is permitted inside and all butts have to be disposed of outside areas prior to your departure.

our property is not for groups or individuals who wish to make excessive noise, day or night. Our pool, yard and house amenities are for registered guests only. NO VISITORS allowed on premise unless registered as part of booking guest numbers. additional costs apply per person.

Failure to tell us the correct details in relation to your booking, or having additional guests on site, during day or night, will result in immediate termination of your booking and bond. No refund will be given.
